Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Check your shipping email for your tracking information.

Orders will ship after they have been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Wicked Bitch has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
 
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through Wicked Bitch.


REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


RETURNS


We offer returns and exchanges for full-price purchases.
Returns must be requested and received within 30 days of placing the order.


ALL INTIMATES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.


We may reject the return if items have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.


Shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Returns and exchanges may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE
All sale items are final sale. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.

 
DAMAGES
If you are worried than an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email SHOPWICKEDB@GMAIL.COM with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
