Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Heads up: international shipments may face customs delays and additional import fees. These duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer—not Wicked Bitch. We can’t predict or reimburse these charges.

If you refuse a shipment, any return fees, customs charges, or associated costs will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are available for full-price items only and must be initiated within 30 days of your order date.

All intimates and sale items are final sale.

No exceptions.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• Tags must be attached.

• No makeup, deodorant, or perfume residue.

Anything that doesn’t meet these standards will be sent back to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If that’s unavailable, you’ll receive store credit. Store credit purchases are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges can only be made once per item.
